Intelligent gas grid solutions provider Utonomy is delighted to announce that Paul Massara has joined the company as Non-Executive Chairman. He will be working closely with the executive team, advising on strategy and providing support with business development and fundraising.
Paul has held a number of senior roles in the energy industry. He was UK CEO of RWE Npower and was on the executive committee at Centrica plc. He is a member of the Committee on Fuel Poverty, an advisory non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, where he advises on fuel poverty and related energy policy. He currently serves in a number of non-exec and advisory positions with early stage technology businesses in the energy sector. He has an MSc from the London Business School and a BSc from Kingston University.
Speaking about Paul’s appointment, Utonomy CEO Adam Kingdon said: “We are delighted to welcome Paul to Utonomy. He will provide invaluable strategic and commercial advice to the Utonomy team as we move into the critical, commercialisation phase of our development.”
